How does it work?

The procedures include purified water being inserted into the colon to clean the colon. A small tube that will carry’s water is inserted into the rectum carefully not to cause pain; once the tube is placed in the rectum, a trained therapist will gently twist on the tubing system for water to flow into the colon. water is warm and purified, while the tubing is disposable and never used for more than one session. In time when you feel filled with water, the flow of the water will be reversed to evacuate all waste from the colon and the process will begin again for the duration of the session.

1. Follow the attached eating plan.
Follow the attached eating plan. Although the plan is not prescriptive and has a fair amount of flexibility, follow the instructions and exclude the food groups as shown on the diet sheet. This will enable you to lose a bit of weight and regain your energy.

4. Try to make some time to rest.
Resting is essential when cleansing. We do not expect you to stop working but try and lighten your load and get into bed early. There are many natural health techniques that you can use to make your cleanse even more effective. These are not essential but will deepen your cleanse.
5. Your skin is your biggest detoxification organ!

Our sweat glands are constantly releasing toxins in the form of sweat from your body.

  1. If you have access to a sauna or steam room these will also help to keep the skin cleansed and help with the detoxification process.
  2. Warm baths with 2 tablespoons of Epson salt also assist in detoxifying, try to do one each day.
6. Improve your digestion .
Improve your digestion by drinking warm water with-lemon and a dash of organic apple cider vinegar every morning as you wake up. This will increase your stomach activeness and wake your digestive system up for the day
